Description
King Crimson ---"Red"
Here we have a rare, original UK 1st pressed album in stereo from 1974 on the pink rimmed Island label with a cat. no. ILPS-9308 and matrices A3-U & B5-U. It has the original Island light blue inner sleeve.
Vinyl: Looks superb still having a very high gloss shine. Plays both sides as NM and sound superb. The run offs have Pecko & Sean engravings.
Labels: NM with a couple of light spindle lines which hardly show and has Island pink rim. The centre section has been pressed on manufacture exposing a miniscule amount of vinyl. These labels are almost like new.
Sleeve: NM. This sleeve is very clean and tidy with all laminate intact. There is a tiny bit of wear on the corners but otherwise great with a nice solid readable spine.
Inner: NM. Original light blue Island inner sleeve is undamaged.
This is a superb copy of this 1st UK press and would be difficult to find another as good as this one!
