Description

This is part of a big auction of blues and R&B 7" records. There are many King and Chess records here with several "bonus" listings and a handful of rarities. Keep an eye out for a large Specialty Records auction in a couple of weeks then an oddball auction of mainly 60's rock 'n roll, many with picture sleeves.

Format: 45 rpm 7" single


Year: 1953


Notes: Blue label first pressing. Later single by this group that started recording in 1947. A very jazz-leaning instrumental on the A-side.  Great sax work here that really pops.


Vinyl Condition: VG+, play area vinyl is in great shape with almost no wear at all. There is some light storage scuffing in the runoff. Looks clean and sounds great with no skips/ticks/bumps, plays with hardly any background noise at all.  Labels are nice and clean with no tearing/stickers. This is a nice copy.
