*** We try our best to pack it well (for LPs, will use bubbles and cardboard paper into LP mailer / For CDs, cardboard paper+bubbles) to avoid damage during transportation, but if you want special packaging (for example: box-in-box) additional $10.00 shipping fee is needed to add to the total because the package gets heavier, postage fee is also relatively high.

**Yes, we tried our best to pack it well for delivery but some situations we cannot control……for example: how is the post office processing from here to your location or the new item in the original packing (even you bought the item from shop or internet, we never know the real status under/inside the shrink because it was sealed), we only trust the product is up to standard or guaranteed when it comes out from factory......Many reasons should make the item/package get troubles but no worry about it, if any problems or defects after you received it, please contact me first! Will solve it out for you before making bad comments on the system! 

(Please! Please! Perfectionists please don't bid!  I'm afraid of being argue with perfectionists. There is nothing perfect in this world. For me, achieving the standard is already perfect.)

**Everyone has different opinions on the shopping experience and every product, and we know that it takes a lot of hard work to get a good rating is not easy, we work hard and use our heart to do every transaction, but sometimes under some uncontrollable circumstances, buyer is unhappy and gave a bad comment bad feedback that we feel very regrettable and heartache, such as long-distance delivery makes external factors that damage the product.  We can’t expect if it is delayed on delivery by the post office, customs held the parcel, defected in the new/sealed product ‘cause we didn’t open it, or lost case. I hope you will understand that the compensation has been made but buyer also gave us a bad feedbacks......It may be the emotional release of the buyer. Anyways, we will keep on to do our best and hope you feel happy when received your favorite item!
