Kenny Burrell Introducing Blue 1523 mono 767 Lexington Ave label

Label is "767 Lexington Ave NYC" on both sides. "RVG" and "9M" in the runout on both sides. No "P" aka "The Ear". Shallow groove both sides. record is groove guard. Back cover has "43 West 61st St., New York 23" address. No writing on spine.
Record looks VG+ and Side 1 plays VG++ except for "Weaver Of Dreams" which has hairline scratch which ticks and the cut plays VG for most and then VG+. Side 2 plays VG++ until "Blues For Skeeter" which plays VG to VG+. Light scuffs and marks. No heavy scratches or groove wear.
Cover is VG.
Front cover has light ring wear piece of laminate missing near the pocket. and moderate wear. Heavy wear at corners. Top seam at spine is torn. Spots of wear on the seams. Back cover has light to moderate wear. No writing. Top seam split at pocket app 1/4 inch. Other than missing piece of front cover, it would be VG+.
