Ne T'enfuis Pas is a French language non-LP track that was released as an A-side only in France and Canada in June, 1983. Seven months later, it was included in the UK Single File box set (but it was never released as a stand-alone single in the UK).
An earlier mix of the song showed up as a B-side on some European singles in late 1982. The vocals on this version are cleaner and a little "more forward" than on the original 1982 mix.
The B-side on this disc, Dreamtime, is one of Kate's more elusive tracks. It appears on only a small handful of singles worldwide (including The Dreaming in the UK and The Netherlands, Suspended in Gaffa in France, and this one).

The cover photo, song configuration, and rear sleeve are exclusive to this release. A reverse image of the cover photo appears on the French and UK singles.
Disc and sleeve on this copy are both in like new condition.
