Anyone who is aware of Kate probably knows that she is extremely private. To get a signature is rare, never mind getting an album signed! Thankfully, it is not dedicated to a specific person though.
The cover is in an appalling condition (occurring before I got it) with bad creases to all corners and the glue is lost allowing it to open like a gatefold (which it's not). However, the cover has done it's job admirably and the vinyl itself is in excellent condition.
Will be supplied in a brand new clear vinyl sleeve and a proper, stiffened mailer will be used for postage.
The last signed Kate Bush title I saw actually sell went for £300 a few years ago, but due to the condition of my one's cover, I should probably accept *more reasonable* offers.
