Kansas/Heart RKO Captured Live 2 LP radio show 5/21/84 Albums
This is radio show that was produced, pressed on vinyl, and sent to radio stations. The best information I have is in the scripts that come with the albums.
The pictures of the albums were taken with my 16 Megapixel Fuji. I can take scans of the albums, and send them to interested parties. I do that to show the quality of the grooves. The only problem with that, is that my scanner is an older model. It does have some dust on the inside of the lens. It makes it appear as if there are spots on the albums, where there are not. It still provides a better representation of the albums than my Fuji. I hear that albums are hard to photograph.
I have listened to the first album. It is mostly the songs. I thought they would have the intros/outros and commercials. There is an introduction at first, but then it is just the music. I guess the scripts were for the local talent to say. So folks would here virtually the same show, but with local flavor.
I do not have a turntable, but I will try to give the second album a listen soon.
Please feel free to contact me with any questions.
