Condition : laminated cover on both sides shows a few slight traces of minimal wear, NEAR MINT / Has an eight-page insert in perfect condition with original German lyrics and their translation into Japanese, please observe the scan No. 3 / vinyl has a few light scuffs which affect minimally the perfect listening with some slight clicks, EX+

GRADAZIONE RIGOROSA - STRICTLY GRADED

Copertine e vinili sono visualmente gradati dopo un’attenta osservazione sotto la luce del sole fatta sulla mia terrazza a tetto. Nelle giornate grigie il controllo viene effettuato sotto una forte lampada alogena con l’aiuto di una lente d’ingrandimento. Tutti i dischi in asta sono stati interamente ascoltati, i 33 giri su un giradischi Rega Planar 3 fornito di una testina a magnete mobile Grado Statement 1 mentre gli EP e i singoli a 45 giri con un Thorens TD 166 BC fornito di una testina, sempre MM, Goldring 1006. Ritenendo che le abituali classificazioni quali Mint, Ex, Vg, ecc., ecc… siano poco significative per spiegare le reali condizioni dei dischi ed anche estremamente soggettive, precedo sempre tali classificazioni con una breve descrizione degli eventuali difetti che ho riscontrato, ad eccezione di Mint- che il più alto grado che conferisco a qualsiasi disco. Soltanto per le copie ancora sigillate all’origine utilizzo MINT/MINT.

Sleeves and vinyls are visually graded after a careful check in bright sunshine on my roof terrace. In the gray days I watch the records under a strong halogen lamp with the help of a magnifying glass. All records in auction have been fully heard. Lps on a Rega Planar 3 turntable with a Grado Statement 1 moving magnet cartridge, EPs and singles 45 rpm. on a Thorens TD 166 BC turntable with a Goldring 1006 MM cartridge. Considering that the usual classifications such as Mint, EX, Vg, etc…, etc… are not significant to explain the real condition of the records in addition to a total subjectivity of opinion, I always introduce before these classifications a short description concerning any defects I have verified with the exception of Mint minus, the highest grade I declare. I use MINT/MINT exclusively for the still from factory sealed copies.

Note : il capolavoro di Brecht musicato da Kurt Weill è talmente conosciuto da rendere superfluo ogni altro commento. Posso soltanto dire che trattandosi in questo caso di una versione cinematografica generalmente condizionante negativamente musiche e canzoni rispetto alle rappresentazioni teatrali dove contano soltanto i valori artistici e non l'aspetto estetico degli attori, qui non accade e tutti gli attori si mostrano all'altezza come tanti altri colleghi del passato.

Notes : the masterpiece of Brecht with music by Kurt Weill is so well known as to make superfluous any other comment. I can only say that being in this case a film version generally affecting negatively music and songs compared to theatrical performances where only count the artistic qualities and not the aesthetic appearance of the actors, here it does not happen and all the actors are worthy as many other colleagues of the past.
