This “as advertised on TV” compilation of goofy novelty and parody songs is not without interest. For instance, it contains quite a few remakes. Every track listed as "courtesy of SJ Productions" is a remake except for Little Eefin' Annie. Due to a mastering error, most copies drop the right channel from the stereo mixes on Side 2. Tiptoe Thru The Tulips loses its string section because of this. Several of the SJ remakes are also affected. Luckily all the other originals on Side 2 were in mono and thus were not affected. This album contains the original stereo mix of They're Coming To Take Me Away, the original unedited uncensored "racist" version of My Boomerang Won't Come Back (possibly the first time it ever appeared in America), and the original single mix of The Chipmunk Song (with different vocals on the first verse - nearly impossible to find in digital).

Notes: Slight surface noise. A good cleaning is all this record needs. No warping.

Notes: No spindle wear, tape, ring wear, or writing. Dark-grey “K-Tel” font logo on orange and yellow art pattern. Text is black on yellow and orange.
SLEEVE GRADE: VG
Notes: Original plain white paper. No tape, slight crinkling. Standard yellowing with age. Some staining, some scribbling in ink along bottom edge of one side. Has 4.5-inch split along center bottom edge; 3-inch splits at centers of each side.
JACKET GRADE: VG
Notes: Slight ring wear. No splits, no writing, no tape, a few dings, some wrinkling. Edges, spine, and corners are worn. (See my original scan.)

This is not a cut-out or a record-club pressing. It is the original issue.
Note: I haven't cleaned this 48-year-old vinyl record because everybody seems to prefer their own methods. I'll leave the cleaning up to the buyer. Also, I'm not a professional vinyl seller or buyer. This comes from my own collection. Bought at TG&Y 5&10¢ Store, downtown Radford VA.
