Description

KPM Library - The Big Beat Volume 2. Original Pressing on KPM (KPM 1067) from 1970. Holy grail time again here folks! Perhaps one of the best Library LP's from the legendary KPM 1000 series. This LP fetches a fair few pennies and for good reason as it's one of the best out there. All tracks composed by Alan Moorhouse. I actually prefer this LP to earlier "Big Beat Volume 1". Some amazing tracks on this LP! Features the legendary "Soul Skimmer" as sampled by the Beastie Boys on "Shake Your Rump" and reissued by Gerald Short (Jazzman Records) a while back. Also contains the amazing psych track "Heavy Bopper" that was featured on the "Blow Up Volume 2" compilation. Also included is the classic "Expo In Tokyo" and "Boss Man" which again was also featured on "Blow Up Volume 2". Also features the FAT! open breaks of "Angelic Gas"! This is one of the best Library LP's ever produced! Rare Item. No Reserve.

Condition

Vinyl is EX+. A few light visual marks which hopefully shouldn't effect play.

Sleeve is VG. Contains some writing on the front and back covers. Also has a stamp mark on the back cover. No seam splits.
