Alan Moorhouse – The Big Beat vol. 2 (KPM 1067, UK, 1970)

Pounding, thumping, Rocking, Pulsating... Top Mohawks madness ! Terrific breaks on "Soul Skimmer" (the Beastie Boys’ drumbreaks from Paul’s Boutique), "Expo In Tokyo" (my personnal favorite) is a kind of “asian” organ groove, “Angelic Gas” has funky hammond with breaks, “Heavy Bopper” seems to be a hard “Honky Tonk” cover, “Psychodale” is a wild bizarre pop track, and so on... Killer organ and drum breaks all the way ! And it's getting harder and harder to find ! Superb condition.
