First released at the end of 2005 and celebrating its 20th anniversary this year, See You On The Other Side served as the majorly overlooked seventh LP from Californian nu-metal legends Korn. Their first full-length as a four-piece following the departure of founding guitarist Brian "Head" Welch as well as the final effort to feature original drummer David Silveria; while certified platinum in the US, the album was maligned by a hefty portion of the fanbase upon release, likely due to the collaborations with pop production team The Matrix, whose input would lead to a prioritisation of song structure and melody over their signature groove metal menace. Although somewhat lacking in the heaviness department, the trade-off results in unashamedly bouncy bangers such as opening lead single 'Twisted Transistor', while 'Coming Undone' is easily one of the band's best post-new millennium tracks, channelling the pop-metal accessible eccentricities of Faith No More.
