KNIGHTS BRIDGE-45-“Make Me Some Love” b/w “C. J. Smith”-Sea Ell Records #105-MONSTER, MEGA-Rare & HOLY GRAIL 1968 Pasadena TEXAS Garage-Punk-Psych=PUNKADELIC. Both sides KillerKool & Heavy…Most of you know from TEXAS FLASHBACK series, or the Cicadelic Sea Ell comp; if not, Killerkool tremolo Fuzz-guitar driven psych-punk with a ring-modulator and a theramin in the breaks, great fuzz lead break, B3 organ in the mix, tortured lead vocal…great track; B side is of the same nature, not as trippy as the A side; structure reminds me of Zappa’s “Help I’m A Rock”.
Condition: Record is hard to grade; moderate wear, light surface scratches, somewhere between G and G+ or possibly slightly better, plays great, content is loud and covers a lot of the background noise, more obvious on opening and tailout…
Label has some wear, both sides (see photo) and a white dated sticker on A side (see photo also)
