RARE original German first pressing of "Timewind" by Klaus Schulze, released on Brain Records (1975).

Highly collectable, here`s an original German first pressing of "Timewind", Klaus Schulze`s fifth album, released in August 1975. Here`s a fitting comment courtesy of wikipedia:

"Evolving slowly but deliberately over the course of each album side, Timewind has been deemed an electronic version of an Indian raga. It resembles in many ways a longer variation of the third track from Tangerine Dream`s classic 1974 album Phaedra, "Movements Of A Visionary", but it remains a transitional work somewhere between the Krautrock of Schulze's earlier output and the Berlin School character of his following efforts. The intention of Timewind was to invoke a timeless state in the listener."

GRADING:

MINT- COVER. Original gatefold sleeve in near-perfect condition. A few tiny creases to the bottom edge. Please see photos for details.

MINT- RECORD, played maybe once or twice. A few very fine hairlines from sleeve removal only. The record features the original first pressing green "Brain" labels, also perfect.

PLEASE NOTE: Over the next few months, we will regularly be offering a number of rarities, mainly progressive and avantgarde records: A very discerning, long-time collector friend left us his treasure chest! Not only are many of these lps extremely rare, they are almost all in MINT(-) condition - both inside and out.

As we slowly inch closer to springtime, we will be spreading the goodies out, in no special order. Suffice to say that the best is still to come!
