Vinyl, NM.  Appears unplayed.
The sleeve is VG+. Split to right hand side bottom opening. SEE PICS. 

Rhodesian / Zimbabwean sleeves were made from recycled board and as such are extremely crude and prone to wear.
A real rarity & a true survivor.
