This copy is complete with unpunched gun, Bang, and insert order form.
Promo only copies are becoming scare, specially complete and in decent shape.
Cover is in excellent condition, please note a couple of flaws as shown in pictures;  Vinyl is untested, however, I would conservatively grade it VG+
