KISS: GENE SIMMONS Promotional NB 940 DJ PROMO single RARE

I was told that these Promotional Singles are getting hard to find in any condition, this copy is a collector's keeper and appears Un-played with near mint company sleeve.
I also have a PROMO copy of PAUL STANLEY / HOLD ME, TOUCH ME by KISS currently listed at auction as well.
*VINYL: has some ever so light scuffs just from being in the sleeve. Overall, the record and sleeve are MINT / MINT- as new condition.
*SLEEVE: is MINT / NM- with no major wears to note, just some light wear on top of sleeve from storage.
This single and many others came from old Detroit Rock City radio station stock. I have a large box of others that will be listed in same condition.
