Bottom left corner has a rip in the plastic from transit which is pictured. bottom left corner has a miniscule tear as well. 

Doesn’t appear to have any seam splitting. Otherwise in good condition.

The other albums i ordered directly from the store seem like backstock and have the 45th sticker.Verbiage below is from Kiss' official website. 

Dressed to Kill, the third studio album from KISS, was released originally on March 19, 1975. The album was certified gold by the RIAA in 1977.

This 45th Anniversary re-release of the album features a red vinyl and 45th anniversary sticker on outside packaging. *
