Standard Air takes 7~31days approx and includes Registration which is REQUIRED and it's not optional. It's $4.98 and it's built in the standard airmail cost. The reason why $4.98 is not built in the item price is because if I had all my listings with an additional $4.98 added to the price then that would mean people would have to pay extra $4.98 for all the items they buy or win when they don't have to because I only require it once for each package, not each item.
