My clearout continues!

I'm now clearing our a batch of classic rock, prog and 60's LPs that I bought in a collection a few years back, a pretty complete collection but I don't really need all the titles. Watch this space for more titles.......

KINKS Preservation Act 1 vinyl LP EX/VG Fully Signed? Canadian press 1973

Cat: LPL1-5002  mattrix: 

The vinyl grades as EX+ visually, it's full of original gloss and has no marks or scuffs, just very light hairline withdrawal marks. Both orange RCA labels are EX+ with hardly any spindle wear, no marks, stickers or writing.

The sleeve grades as VG due to light edge and corner rubs, not really heavy but quite clear due to the black edge/spine. Also it has to be strictly VG due to all the writing!!! This was in the collection of a friend who bought it from a huge Kinks fan. He'd alledgedly met the band (maybe at a gig?) and was able to get all of the members to sign the cover. Obviously we can't be sure if this is true but the signature of Ray Davis does look the same as other confirmed signatures by Ray. Sad we can't ever authenticate it but a unique item for a Kinks fan.
