Description

This is THE KINKS  Lola Versus Powerman and The Moneygoround LP on Reprise Records RS 6423.  This is a 1970 USA first pressing, all blue ink cover art and lettering.  Original pressing states Bethevin Productions, Ltd on labels.  Santa Maria pressing. More info can be found on Discogs. This is Discogs release r4867503. Like the Discogs Notes say, the "S" the denotes the Santa Maria pressing can only be seen with a bright light with a loupe.                                                                                                         


The COVER  VG   Has shelf wear. The part of the jacket that houses the disc has a 4" split at the center upper seam. Inside the gatefold, there is a 1/2" split in the center. No creases or bends. There are no delete marks  or cut outs. A lot of these records have cut out corner clips. NOT this one. No tape. No writing.                                                                                                                                               


The VINYL  VG  Play graded both sides. Looks VG under a bright light . Numerous light, unfeelable scratches and scuffs that can be  heard lightly in between some songs, mostly overpowered by the music during the songs. Only a couple light pops or ticks.  No repetitive ticking. No jumps or skips. Sounds mostly VG+.  There is a very slight edge warp that has no affect on play. Very enjoyable listen. Not for audiophiles. Great party record.

All records will be mailed in sturdy, recycled record specific mailer boxes with extra padding.  Disc will be removed from jacket to eliminate splitting caused by transit shifting.  I use USPS Media mail.  I am happy to combine shipping.
