For sale here is a VERY rare LP. released in 1966 (especially in this condition) by THE KINKS and called "FACE TO FACE" and is an ORIGINAL 1966 UK MONO 1st Pressing on the 1st Press PINK PYE label. THIS LP IS MEGA RARE AND VERY DIFFICULT TO LOCATE. THIS IS EASILY ONE OF THE KINKS RAREST LP's EVER, AND VIRTUALLY NEVER TURNS UP FOR SALE (not in this condition!!)... TRY AND GET HOLD OF ANOTHER ONE!..NOT ONLY THAT BUT THIS LP IS IN STUNNING!! CONDITION...(have a look at my photo's) THIS IS THE ORIGINAL UK 1966 MONO 1st PRESSING ON THE 1st PRESS PINK PYE LABEL. 1st PRESS NPL 18149 A2 / NPL 18149 B2 MATRIXES, AND 1st PRESS GARROD & LOFTHOUSE FRONT LAMINATED SLEEVE ...THIS LP IS MEGA RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND - SO DON'T MISS OUT ON THIS ULTRA RARE RECORD...this is the ORIGINAL PINK PYE UK 1st pressing from 1966 and is in STUNNING!! condition!..The record is pressed on a slab of THICK black quality vinyl. The Cat no. is NPL.1849 on the 1st press PINK PYE label...(have a look at my photo's) and is a UK MONO 1st Pressing..
Labels are the sensational pink pye format in near excellent condition!!.With the pye logo above the spindle hole on both labels to confirm that this is the very first issue of this magnificent rarity. Has only 2 or 3 very minor spindle lines, to indicate that the record has possibly only had 2 or 3 very careful plays!! With NO damage of any kind.NO graffiti , NO rips, NO tears, and NO sticker marks whatsoever!!! and would therefore grade as near excellent condition!!
Vinyl
Thickly pressed heavy weight vinyl pressing with jet black mirrior like surfaces That have that just pressed look!!. A magnificent vintage classic . Against a strong halogen light and angled at 45 degrees, There are NO surface marks,NO scratches or blemishes at all!! Only a couple of tiny faint wispy lines are visible whatsoever!!.A stunning visual and impossible to locate in this condition!!!.Would therefore grade as excellent+++ / near mint!!
Sleeve
First issue front laminated Garrod & Lofthouse sleeve is Showing only a small amount of storage wear at the edges and corners with only a few very mild laminate creases to the front. The sleeve has NO rips, NO tears, NO graffitti or stickers whatsoever and is a pleasure to view.The sleeve is in excellent+ condition!!! and a Fantastic collectors item. The Spine is perfectly straight and clearly legible. This is a fine example of this sensational pye classic.
