VINYL
Side 1: visually Mint and glossy, it plays Mint- due to a trace of faint static in the final fade out, otherwise perfect
Side 2: visually Mint- with an ultra faint line barely visible under halogen light, many dealers would call this visually Mint, it plays Mint- due to a trace of static in the intro to “Fancy”, otherwise perfect

Side 2: B2 (triangle symbol) H
LABELS
Side 1: a few light spindle marks
Side 2: a few more spindle marks than side 1
COVER
Front: EX+ overall, very close to M- with solid seams, crisp opening, shiny laminate with barely a trace of ring wear, a small thumbnail near the opening and bottom corners with very small insignificant bumps
Back: G&L patent pending, very clean with solid flipbacks, a very minor bend in upper right, overall a very solid great looking cover.
INNER: original plastic lined inner with no splits, will come with archival inner as well
DESCRIPTION: always one of my favorite Kinks LPs, plays loud and strong with no scratches or repeating ticks. It would be hard to find a better copy.

Records are shipped in standard LP mailers with the record secured outside of the cover to avoid seam splits.
Domestic shipping includes tracking.
International shipping for a single LP is:
$24 for LP selling for $19 or less
$32 by Registered Mail for an LP selling between $20 and $74
$39 by Priority with for an LP selling for $75 or over
Fee will be adjusted after close of auction if incorrect. Any excess shipping charge will be refunded after accounting for box and postage.

I began buying records in the mid 60’s and I've always been fanatical about record care and storage.
The records I sell are from my personal collection, including backup copies. I've never been one to buy VG records or anything with an audible scratch, which eliminates the vast majority. If I do miss an audible flaw, then kindly contact me and it will be rectified.
I use standard US grading plus the UK grade of EX in order to eliminate the dreaded VG+++
Records are first inspected under a halogen light (the only light that shows every flaw) and any blemishes are examined with a 10x power magnifier which allows the grooves to be fully inspected. Then they’re play graded on a Linn Sondek LP12.
Over the decades, I've seen grading fads come and go, such as: “visual” grading by people who don't own a turntable; the current use of nonsense grades like NM+ and NM- as well as the dubious belief that there’s no such thing as a mint record.
As a record buyer, I've had a lot of over graded “garage sale” LPs arrive covered with gritty dust and greasy fingerprints while the seller claims a “visual” grade based on fantasy. Be assured that my records will arrive clean and fingerprint free.
