Thanks for your interest! All items are graded VISUALLY (that means I don't have time to listen to them) unless otherwise noted. I make every effort to grade them accurately, but if you are not pleased with your purchase I accept returns according to Ebay guidelines - just contact me. (Resolution will be a return of the item, typically not an adjustment to the selling price, and buyer pays return shipping). If you are international, make sure you review shipping terms.
