Sleeve Condition: Ex-: corner crease to front of gatefold, spine flattened (inevitable) otherwise clean and free from stickers or writing.
Record Condition: Vg: actually looks EX+ and there is no damage, scratches or dings. The record does have some background sshh though. It is present if you listen for it though the music plays fine through both sides.
