PLEASE READ FIRST!
I'm having to make this even clearer as people are still buying records I'm grading low and as a 'collection filler', and then complain about the audio quality when they try to play them. As I do not own a record player I VISUALLY GRADE my records, so I cannotguarantee that discs will be click, skip and noise free (although any marks that may cause such problems will be highlighted in the description).
All photos are of the actual item on sale. I do not use stock or 'borrowed' images.

Very Rare Stereo 1st Press!
On offer here is an extremely rare STEREO early 1st press of the Kinks LP 'Face to Face'. This is the original UK pressing on the Pye label.
The cover features the original STEREO sticker on the front of the sleeve, but sadly the back sticker has gone, leaving just a small sticker scar over the original mono catalogue number.
When this LP was initially released back in 1966 mono was still very much the dominant format (stereo records were more expensive, and so were the stereo record players needed to listen to them) and so stereo copies were manufactured in much, much smaller quantities. In some cases record shops only ever stocked mono and stereo copies had to be specially ordered in. Therefore, originial stereo copies are incredibly difficult to find.
But this copy also features the very rare earlier label design where the word 'Stereo' is on the right side of the label in small letters. This only ever appeared on the very earliest copies of this album before it was almost immediately repositioned in bigger letters right in the middle of the label, which is how it's more commonly found.

Tax Code on Disc KT (hand-etched in the deadwax at 12 o'clock Sleeve Manufacturer Garrod and Lofthouse Side 1 Matrix Number NSPL 18149A-1 *T Side 2 Matrix Number NSPL 18149B-1 *T Side 1 Stampers T / 2 Side 2 Stampers V / 1 Sleeve Condition The sleeve is in VG+ condition. The sleeve is holding up very nicely and is still holding up solidly with no splits or tears of any kind. The front is clean and colourful and the Stereo sticker is still stuck tightly on. Seams are all holding perfect. Back has some light discolouration and rubbing as you can see in the photos below. Overall, though, a nice example of this rare sleeve! Inner Sleeve Condition - Inserts Condition - Disc Condition(VISUALLY GRADED) The disc is in EX condition. The playing surface has a beautiful, clean shine to it and looks like it hasn't been played much at all! There's just some light scuffing here and there but nothing at all nasty or serious looking. Nice example! Label Condition The labels are in EX+ condition. The labels are clean with some light spindlewear and a touch of whitening around the centrehole.
All records have been visually graded under a strong, 125W natural light desk lamp.

All LPs will be mailed out in a strong, corrugated cardboard LP mailing box with the LP outside the sleeve and extra
sheets of corrugated cardboard will be used where applicable.
My Vinyl Grading:
MINT No true preowned disc can be mint. The highest I will ever grade a disc is NM+/M- if it looks untouched and unplayed, but the MINT description will only be for records I personally know have never been played (i.e. I personally bought from new) or for copies that are still sealed. NEAR MINT (NM) For discs that look near flawless and which may have just the slightest, barely visible little whispy marks here and there. EXCELLENT (EX) For discs that still retain a brilliant, clean shine but does have some light scuffs here and there. VERY GOOD (VG) For discs that still look clean and have a nice shine to them, but do have a fair amount of light scuffmarks and/or some light scratches. GOOD (G) For discs that look like they have been loved and have a fair amount of scuffs and surface scratches. Not in terrible condition, but would look like it would play with a lot of crackle. FAIR (F) For discs that may have some life left in them but are pretty trashed with numerous surface scuffs and heavier scuffs and scratches etc POOR (P) For discs that are unplayable and look completely trashed. Discs like this would only ever be offered if they were insanely rare.
