Description
Vinyl Grade: MINT- . Full gloss black and free of any hairline scratches and/or scuffs. Labels are MINT with no spindle trails. This has never been played.
Cover Grade: EXCELLENT. There is a very small razor cut on the left side seam for promo purposes at the in-store. Would grade higher without the razor cut. Full gloss cover with good eye appeal.
Inner Sleeves: ORIGINAL sleeve illustrated with graphics and lyrics. MINT and totally intact.
NOTES: The UPC code on this album is the Canadian version.
GRADING:
All grading is done visually under the brightest light available. I do not clean the vinyl. Grading is done to Goldmine standards. When listed, the grades are shown as media first / cover second.
MINT (MT): presumption of a still sealed LP.NEAR MINT (NM) or MINT-: the vinyl is almost perfect. Shiny (full gloss) with no visible defects. Labels are clean with no spindle trails or marks. Cover has no creases, ring wear or seam splits of any kind.
EXCELLENT (EX): the vinyl has light signs of wear including light scuffs or very light scratches that should not affect the listening experience. The label may have minor signs of handling such as marks around the spindle hole. The cover may have very light ring wear or discoloration but will be barely noticeable. Minor seam and corner wear is evident. Rarely, a small 1" split on the bottom seam only may exist. Because of the defacing it causes promo or cutout markings such as corner cuts, punch holes, pin holes, or notches cannot grade higher than EXCELLENT. Covers with the "gold stamp promo" imprint, DJ timing strips or applied promo labels do not affect the grade of the cover as they are a specialized promos that may also be accompanied by white promo labels, different colored labels / vinyl or labels with "promotional" printed on them.
VERY GOOD (VG): the vinyl will have obvious flaws and lack of its original gloss. Groove wear will be evident and scratches can be felt with a fingernail. When played, it will likely have surface noise but should still be very listenable. The label may have writing, tape or other defacing. The cover will be obviously worn with heavier ring wear, creases, seam splits (possibly all 3 seams) or have writing on it.
GOOD (G) OR LESS: unless it's rare it's not worth the time to try and sell (or listen to). The LP's in the photographs are the LP's that you will receive.

A word on PROMOTIONAL COPIES: LP promotional copies in most cases came from FIRST PRESSINGS. First pressings, which come as close to the original master disc as possible, matter to audiophiles. Also, cover drills (holes), corner cuts and cover notches were a common way for the record labels to mark and identify non-returnable promo copies given to retail stores (my 40 year career). Most retail promo copies were not stamped or labeled "for promotion only". The covers may not always look the best but it may be the best vinyl you can find.

· I want you to be happy with your purchase. All records are guaranteed to be in the condition stated or you may return it within 30 days and receive a full refund, postage excluded. The LP and cover must be in the same condition as when sent (this can be verified). Still Sealed items must be returned sealed in order to be eligible for a refund. This is because sealed albums lose value once opened.
