KILLING JOKE - PANDEMONIUM - 1994 UK 1ST PRESSING - VINYL - BUTTERFLY BFLLP9

This listing is for:

PANDEMONIUM by KILLING JOKE 12 VINYL LP 33rpm BUTTERFLY BFLLP9 EXCELLENT CONDITION

Product Description

I have owned this since new and can only remember playing it once. Cover is in excellent condition with just a few small knocks to corners (see pictures) and a little edge wear on the open side. The main sleeve area has been protected as I never took it out of the original wrap. It still has the original HMV price stickers attached to outer plastic wrap.

The vinyl comes in anti-static sleeves, which is how it was originally distributed and sold, it didn’t come in paper sleeves. These plastic sleeves are a little creased. The insert is in excellent condition.
The vinly itself is in supern condition and plays superbly. I think that the sleeves have helped protect the vinyl over the years from dreaded static as the noise at the start of each side is absolutely minimal. I have included samples of the start of each side so you can hear for yourself. I’m tempted to call the vinyl near mint as it really is that good.

CONDITION: Vinyl - Excellent + Inner Sleeve - Very Good + Insert - Excellent Cover Sleeve - Excellent

Owned since new and played just once (plus one to make these samples).

SAMPLES FROM THE ACTUAL VINYL !
These samples are not an exhaustive list of the sound of the record for sale. They are provided to give an overview as to the general sound quality you can expect from the record. There may be sections with a little more or less surface noise or crackle. They have been recorded using Audacity without any manipulation, recorded through a simple Behringer U-Phono device direct from a now aging 1980s Kenwood turntable.

RECORD COLLECTOR GRADING SYSTEM
I grew up buying second hand records from collector shops and have always been used to the old Record Collector grading system, so that is the one that I try to stick to when grading my records. It is important to remember that despite using a grading system, different collectors have different opionions about what makes a record ‘excellent’ compared to ‘very good’. I have tried my best to give a grade based on the system below. Hopefully with the images and any samples included you will be able to make a good judgement on your purchase. Here is the grading system I am working to:

RECORD COLLECTOR'S GRADING SYSTEM

Condition Value of listed price Example (£50 record) (£100 record) Mint 1 - (100%) £50 £100 Description: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint. Excellent 0.8 - (80%) £40 £80 Description: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing. Very Good 0.5 - (50%) £25 £50 Description: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable. Good 0.3 - (30%) £15 £30 Description: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration, etc. Fair 0.15 - (15%) £7.5 £15 Description: The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and/or defaced. Poor 0.08 - (8%) £4 £8 Description: The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing. Bad 0.025 - (3%) £1.25 £2.5 Description: The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a collection-filler.

Queries pre and post purchase: Please try to ask any questions you have before agreeing to purchase. I have been a collector for a long time and understand the need for getting things right so just ask and I will be totally honest. And if you have queries post-sale, the same again, just come to me and ask. I am friendly and easy-going so just get in touch.

I have listed delivery to USA and EU as £9.95. This is for tracked/signed delivery. I will only send with a signed or tracked delivery service so that I can meet the standards required for providing a positive delivery experiece for customers and offer protection to both you and me. OFFERS I have best offers available. Please note, this is really there for those who are interested in making multiple purchases as I am happy to consider reducing prices slightly in those circumstances. Otherwise, please look at the Buy It Now price as the price I am looking to sell the item for. P&P will cost me at least £3, Paypal fees are 20p plus 3.5% and 10% fees to ebay plus the overhead costs of running the ebay shop and all other overheads. So let’s not get silly with offers - OK? Thanks for saving your time and mine.
RETURNS
I do accept returns, however, I cannot take responsibilty for errors made on your part. I provide large, high resolution images so that you can see for yourself any damage, rubs and marks on a figure before purchasing. The images are plenty big enough to reveal flaws and there is no image manipulation done. Therefore, if when you receive the item you no longer want it, that is fine, but you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item and will have my postage costs deducted from the refund if you have just changed your mind or not studied the picture properly. Of course, if the error is on my part, that is completely different and you will get a full refund. In any case, please contact me before returning any item or starting a return / complaint as most things can be amicably resolved without the need for this. Be assured your satisfaction is important to me and there is never any desire to leave you anything other than happy with your purchase, so talk to me because I’m pretty friendly really. Thanks.
