Label:   BLUE NOTE.  Monaural pressing on medium thick vinyl.  Label is blue/white with blue text, with deep groove.  Catalog number is BLP 4123.  Stamped VAN GELDER with ear symbol in runout on both sides.  

Label address is “BLUE NOTE RECORDS * NEW YORK USA” on both sides. 

Address on jacket at bottom is “For Complete Catalog Write to BLUE NOTE RECORDS, INC., 43 West 61st St., New York 23.

Condition: 

DISC:  Vinyl is VG++/EXCELLENT with full original gloss.  Has been played a small number of times and handled with care.  There are a couple very small slight hairline scuffs but no serious marks or distractions.  Plays beautifully with superb fidelity.  Labels are clean.  A very fine playing copy.       

JACKET:   Jacket is nice VG++.  Laminated front panel and seams are excellent.  Nice corner tips.  Reverse has a bit of ring wear.  Would grade NEAR MINT, but there is an area at the center of reverse that has some paper adhered to it. (We did not try to remove it, but perhaps there is a way to do this?)  No writing, stickers, cutout indications, or other flaws.  Overall a very fine jacket to accompany the lovely disc.
