Description
This LP by The Seekers will be well known to all collectors of Seekers' memorabilia. Ken Ray stood in for Keith Potger on the cover of the original issue of the LP as Keith was employed by the ABC and as such wasn't allowed to have a second job - 'professional musician' would have be considered a second job. Potger is given no credits on the LP apart from 'Chilly Winds'. This LP is in poor condition - however this is the Mt Everest for Seekers' collectors and is rarely offered for sale.
The seems are split / cover soiled / ring marked / creases / minor small tears / labels as per photos / large scratch mark on side 2. I haven't played the record - I doubt that the sound quality would even be reasonable. However the value in this record is the rare cover & even in this condition [judge for yourself from the photos] it still sells for a premium.
I'm offering this for auction starting at $19.99 or 'Buy It Now' for the first bidder of $50 should they choose to do so. Had the record been in better condition it would be valued at $100 plus dependent upon the condition.
I have just posted a record to Italy and the postage was $21.50, I am charging $22.50 for packaging & postage International & $9 for Australia.
