Description
Hello and welcome to one of my auctions! I am a record collector for over 15 years now and I think it’s about time to sell a couple records to make some room and pass it on to another collector. This week’s auctions feature my pop and progressive records that are from my own personal collection, so here we go!
On offer, a very rare 1st German pressing of The Keith Tippett Group – Dedicated To You, But You Weren’t Listening on the SWIRL VERTIGO label, cat. no. 6360 024.
The record is in EX+ condition, there is a few non-sounding hairlines only. The labels are in EX condition, there a few spindle marks only.
The cover is VG+++ condition, there is a very tiny coloured in sticker tear mark on the previous owner has written his or her last name with an additional “ 24” on the back in small biro. Further there is a small rub mark on the inside of the gatefold. Besides mentioned damage, this cover looks more than presentable for me.
Although this is a German pressing, these Vertigo Swirl records are in very demand ant albums are becoming very scarce nowadays. The prices for a U.K. pressing are still going up and even the German pressings are becoming very high in price. As the U.K. pressing of this Keith Tippett album is almost unfindable, this is your chance to get an affordable 1st pressing of a Swirl Vertigo record, a real must have for all Keith Tippett fans, progressive jazz music fans or Swirl Vertigo collectors!
