All Domestic (within Australia only) and International (Eligible Rest of the World) packages are sent using Australia Post Standard Delivery.

Unless free postage is offered (Domestic deliveries only), all other deliveries have a flat rate of postage applied. Free / Flat rate postage includes -

• Base Domestic and International postage fees (as calculated from Australia Post's website).
• Cost of the shipping materials (including box, protective materials, labels etc).
• Insurance Protection (covers the final sale price for loss or damage during delivery).
• Tracking information (updated by Australia Post).

All items are packaged carefully (including appropriate packing materials, fragile stickers etc).
