KATE BUSH - WUTHERING HEIGHTS c/w KITE - DEMO - Cat.No: EMI 2719. Released January 1978. 
NB: Only classed as 'Used' due to the rear of the card sleeve. 

Recognising that Kate was a hot new talent, EMI deliberately held the release date of Wuthering Heights until January so as not to compete with the Christmas releases from established artists. The rest is history.
The demo record is unplayed and in mint condition. Annoyingly, the rear of the picture card cover must have had a 'not for sale' sticker on it which has been torn off (probably by me) thereby removing the paper surface (as in photo). Otherwise it would be classed as mint. I've had the record since release when I worked for EMI.
