Description

This release is limited to 300 copies.

This album showcases Kate Bush’s stunning concert at the Hammersmith Odeon, in London, on 13 May 1979, during the Tour of Life.

The Tour of Life (originally known as the Lionheart Tour, and also officially referred to as the Kate Bush Tour) was the first concert tour by Kate Bush. Starting in April 1979, the tour lasted just over six weeks. The tour was acclaimed for its incorporation of mime, magic, and readings during costume changes. The setlist drew heavily from Bush’s first two albums The Kick Inside and Lionheart.

The tour culminated with a run of three consecutive nights at the Hammersmith Odeon. It is the second of those performances captured here, immortalising one of the most celebrated and innovative shows of Bush’s career.

Featured tracks include Wuthering Heights, Wow, Moving, Them Heavy People, Kite, Hammer Horror and more.
