Description
Kate Bush is one of the most eclectic and wonderful singers and songwriters of our era and needs to be celebrated and that's why I'm listing several of her vinyls for Auction. Here’s a rare 3 song 7” called "Army Dreamers". The cheeky WWII-era pinup of the cover art is sharply, almost cruelly ironic. This is not just because "Army Dreamers" is a song about the tragedy of war, but because it's one of the few songs about war that's completely devoid of machismo. The boy she lost is treated as a helpless boy, plunged into a situation he's not remotely equipped to handle. Side B features the song "Delius", another one from the wildly varied and brilliant LP, is like a dream and should be at least half an hour longer. Another song featured here is "Passing Through Air" which is certainly an interesting one: not found on any album, it is from 1973, written and performed by a fifteen year old Kate Bush. It's a pretty great song and makes this 7" essential for fans!
The Picture Sleeve is in Very Good Plus condition(see picture) and the Vinyl is in Very Good Plus condition(few tiny light superficial scratches), sounds great!
