Here is a listing for a Kate Bush promo Canadian album interview and music : the difference is this comes in the original pink ribbon gatefold cover press kit  and also has some promo interview for Keyboard  and a promo sheet with info and biography.All the set is in MINT Conditions, normally the interview comes just with the cover but not with the pink ribbon folder, also this appear to be a press kit!, not many out there:

Also included are three key tracks from HOUNDS OF LOVE, the album which has just reached platinum status in Canada, only two months after release! - November, 1985.

Comes with a pink, double-sided sheet containing the 11 questions asked and mini-excerpts of the answers, as well as the timing of each question/answer. Total time given on the sheet is 8:11, though the label gives the track as 9:09.
