Kak: same 1969, USA/Epic BN26429. Disc has just a few very light hairlines, plays perfectly, it gets a M- grade. Cover has a demo stamp on the back, NO RINGWEAR AT ALL, a little ding on the bottom edge, top seam is lightly rubbed, I've never seen such a clean cover, I'm grading it M-. Unless an un-cut sealed one miraculously turns up I figure this will be the best Kak that will ever pass through my hands. And yeah, everything you've heard about it is true, it's a stunning northern California psychedelic classic. It seems strange in retrospect that this LP managed to slip totally through the cracks as it had great commercial potential to my ears. Let's face it, records this rare are usually private presses that only a mother could love! I wonder sometimes how long the cache certain obscure LPs hold today within the record collecting scene will keep them from fading away permanently. Will Kak live as long as Revolver? Will the prices of these psych-era LPs keep spiraling upward? Perhaps in the year 2020 music collectors will peruse the online auction archives and laugh to themselves, "Wow, in 2008 I could have bought a mint Kak for $500! If I'd just been smart enough to spend all my money on 60s-70s records, I'd be the richest guy in the world today!"

I pack/ship once a week, usually on Friday. I use sturdy cardboard boxes designed for shipping records, and I remove the disc from the cover to prevent seam splits during shipment.
