Description
From Japan, this is Freedom Records PA-9713, Jym Young Puzzle Box, a stereo, Japanese issue of this extremely rare and obscure free jazz piece from 1966, recorded in San Francisco and featuring the pianist in a quartet setting with Bennette Friedman on tenor sax. This is his only record session. The record, and Japanese language insert are in near mint condition showing almost no signs of use. The cover has a small amount of foxing on the cover and is otherwise excellent and intact. The labels are perfect. The record was cleaned on a VPI 17 and played on a Linn Sondek LP12. This is part of a large Jazz record collection I will be offering in the next few months. Please check our other listings as we discount shipping on multiple orders. International customers, please wait for an invoice, or contact me about combined shipping rates as Ebay does not provide accurate numbers. Thanks for looking.
