Description

For sale is an original, unplayed copy of Julius Hemphill's free jazz classic Dogon A.D on Hemphill's own Mbari label. This copy of MPC 501 – one of just 500 made - was bought sealed by me back in 2013 and opened only to verify the contents and make sure the still-intact shrink wrap wouldn't warp the vinyl. The record has been stored in a plastic sleeve ever since and has never seen a turntable or been reopened. It has never been played. You cannot find a more pristine copy.
