Record
NM (Near Mint): Near perfect record. Looks free of scratches and will generally be NEW.
EX: Appears to have little to no surface markings of any kind and plays without any noticeable surface noise.
VG+: Well cared for record, shows signs of use but such that don't affect play. Minimal, if any, surface noise mostly between songs and in the run off areas of the record.
VG: Used but reasonable. Surface noise might be noticeable but record should play fine.
G: May have scratches and/or be noisy, but still playable.
Sleeve
NM (Near Mint): Near perfect sleeve. Looks unused, feels new, may or may not be sealed.
EX: Very little signs of wear or use, but not quite NM
VG+: Slight wear and/or creasing but no tears or real damage.
VG : Used but reasonable. May suffer some creases/sticker damage or tears.
G : Not very pretty, may show considerable wear or damage.
