Original mono issue, black label with color spectrum border & Capitol logo at 9 o'clock position, heavy vinyl, original Capitol paper inner sleeve, real envelope with facsimile letter inside applied to front of gatefold cover.

Record is MINT-: VERY SHINY & CLEAN!!! No spindle wear. Plays great.
