Judas Priest - Hell Bent For Leather 7" (JAPAN, Rob Halford, Scorpions, EX+)

This is a 7" by Judas Priest called Hell Bent For Leather / Evil Fantasies, released in Japan by Epic Records in 1979. 

Wikipedia:  Judas Priest is a British heavy metal band formed in Birmingham, England in 1969.[1] Known for twin lead guitars, a wide operatic vocal style, and for introducing the S&M leather-and-studs look into heavy metal, they have sold over 50 million albums worldwide.[2][3][4]

After an early career as a secondary act dogged by unsympathetic producers and line-up changes, the band found considerable commercial success in the 1980s. In 1989, they were named as defendants in an unsuccessful lawsuit alleging that subliminal messages on their albums had caused the suicide attempts of two young men.[5]

The band's membership has seen much turnover, including a revolving cast of drummers in the 1970s, and the temporary departure of singer Rob Halford in the early 1990s. The current line-up consists of lead vocalist Rob Halford, guitarists Glenn Tipton and Richie Faulkner, bassist Ian Hill, and drummer Scott Travis. The band's best-selling album is 1982's Screaming for Vengeance featuring their most commercially successful line-up, Rob Halford (lead vocals), K. K. Downing (guitar), Glenn Tipton (guitar), Ian Hill (bass), and Dave Holland (drums). The band has been working on a new album, expected to be released sometime in 2013.[

VINYL:  EX+        The vinyl is exceptional with possibly one very small, faint paper mark.  

LABELS:  EX        The labels are also exceptional with no marks, wear, stains, discolourations or writing.  There is a white sticker on the B side.

SLEEVE:  EX        The record comes in a plain company sleeve with double sided picture/credit insert stapled to the plain sleeve.  These releases were often stapled to the plain sleeve however this one was stapled with the picture side facing inwards.   There are several very slight bending marks on corners/surface but no stains, sticker marks, writing or deep creases. (except for where the staple is, of course).

Email for combined postage rates.  I use heavy mailers with stiffeners and plastic sleeves which are included in the postage.  All items will have Proof of Postage.  Anything over £30 will be sent recorded delivery which is £0.95 extra within the UK and £5.15 in addition to normal postage charges for the rest of the world.  Special Delivery is available upon request.   This will cost more so please ask for estimated postage charges before you buy.     With apologies to our buyers, we have had to increase postage costs in response to a massive increase in postage by Royal Mail.  We still only charge what it costs us + a few pence for the cost of packing materials.

RETURNS:  Quite simple:  For any reason you aren't happy, send it back to me.  If I messed up - full refund including return postage.   If I didn't mess up - refund of purchase less postage.  Email me with anything,  I'm flexible so just give me a chance to work things out.   

ITEM CONDITION:  All items are used unless otherwise stated.  I do my best to describe everything as accurately as possible but I'm human and do get it wrong sometimes.  I will happily accept returns with full refund + postage when the item is received in the condition it was sent.  I am using the Record Collector grading guide and only visually grade.  Any records I'm not sure about, I will listen to and note in the description.
