You are bidding on an LP.  Joy Division - Unknown Pleasures, excellent condition cover and vinyl.  The item will be well packaged in a record mailer with 2 stiffeners and sent immediately upon payment.  First Class postage in the UK, 'Standard International' to other destinations (see below).  I have tried to be as honest as I can about its condition but if you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask.

This is the original UK release of Joy Division's Unknown Pleasures LP.  The album is in excellent all round condition apart from the front and back cover are a bit worn with age.  The inner sleeve has the original rounded corners only found on 1st press release.  The vinyl has the see through plum/red effect only found on original release.  The dead wax has the 'Step' and 'This is the way' etched into the plastic only found on original release.  The record itself has hardly a visible mark and playbacks really nicely without surface noise or crackles.  This is a great copy in really nice condtion.

Front and back covers (textured) are still in very good condition, some creasing, ringwear, black discolouration.
Inside sleeve (rounded corners) still in very good/excellent condition.
No writing on cover or labels
Minimal fraying on edges of cover
Light fraying to spine

Vinyl notes:
I have played this album back in it's entirety at a reasonably loud volume on a pair of high end Sennheiser headphones to evaluate its condition.

A-side:
Virtually no surface noise, excellent playback

B-side:
Virtually no surface noise, excellent playback

In general the vinyl is in excellent/near mint condition.  It looks very clean with no surface marks. Near flawless playback.

I tend to be over critical of a records condition as it is not my intention to misrepresent what I am selling.  I want the buyer to feel what they have bought is as described although not everyones opinion of its condition will be the same as mine.

About my auctions:
I have always been fanatical about music, so nearly all of my items for auction were bought on original release dates.  The records have always been treated with respect so in most cases they should playback without hardly any, if any audible surface noise.  If the starting price seems a bit excessive to some people its because I am reluctantly selling my vinyl, so if they are to be sold hopefully they are going to genuine fans of the music who will appreciate what they have bought (see my feedback).

About my P&P charges:
Believe it or not, I don't make any extra money on the delivery charges and in some cases I have even had to pay extra to send packages.  I buy decent record mailers and like to send everything by the safest postal service I can.  I send items how I would expect to receive them myself.
