Description
Very rare original UK Factory Record first pressing from 1980. FACT XXV. Printed on lightweight cardstock used in the UK at the time. Album title and release info are perfectly legible on spine. The original first edition die-cut inner sleeve with rounded corners is as elegant as the cover. The vinyl is in excellent condition, pressed on thick wax with excellent loud sound. Part of the reason this edition sounds better than all others is that the runout is cut to less than 1/2 an inch. As a result, more sound is spread out over the record. Later editions did not have such wide grooves. The cover has a few nicks on the upper left corner (see pic). No delete or promo marks. Overall, very nice condition for this original 25 year old pressing.
