Description

What I sell here is for me the rarest Joy Division collector's item I ever had in my hands. It's a bootleg single of 'An Ideal for Living' but one you will hardly ever find anywhere else.

Information:

The single is in 7 inch format and plays on 33 rpm.

The single has a red label with as bandname 'The Dallars'.

There is no label (Company) name or anything on it. There is a number that says '8201'. It could be the date it was manufactured (January 1982).

Tracks on the label say:

  • A1 Warsawa
  • A2 No Love
  • B Leaders

Real tracks on the single are:

A1 Warsaw A2 No Love Lost B1 Leaders Of Men B2 Failures

Exactly the tracklist of 'An Ideal for Living' and also exactly the same versions, as far as I can hear.

Quality of sound is excellent.

Vinyl is in excellent condition.

 

About the cover / sleeve:

It comes in a simple folded sleeve made of grey / green paper which is folded along the bottom edge. (in a plastic protecion sleeve for singles)

The sleeve is in excellent condition: no tears, no writing or any of that.

Sleeve mentions: 'A limited edition re-issue 1982'
