JOHNNY AND THE HURRICANES

Live at the Star Club in Hamburg Germany

JOHNNY & THE HURRICANES - Live at the Star Club LP on the Atila label, ALP 1030, from 1965. Very rare original US small label pressing of a garage beat album. This is aN ORIGINAL STILL SEALED Sound of Nashville Pressing!  Also included are several Promo Photo’s of Johnny and a copy of his single also on Atila,  Psychedelic  Worm backed with Red River Rock 67 A216 in unplayed condition but does have some light scuffs.

From the Acid Archives book (2006):   Monster early garage sound as they move from their teen dance roots to ferocious guitar rockers. It is a studio LP with applause overdubbed. Their previous LPs are of an earlier dance rock style. All except one of the original members were gone at the time of this LP. One track can be found on the "Ho-Dad Hootenanny" compilation.
