Promo insert is printed on Old spirit duplicator so ink has faded. Includes lyrics and a list of radio stations, plus a return postcard. Insert is 8-1/2 x 14 when unfolded.

This record was scheduled as Guitarsville 2127, to follow up their wild "Color Me Columbus single. For some reason it actually came out on Lyra Records, so stickers were put over the Guitarsville label on the sleeve, and the Lyra Records address was rubber stamped on one side.
