Description
Vinyl records pressed in Lebanon are extremely rare and very hard to find items in any condition, produced for a few years in the late 1960's until forced to stop by the onset of civil war in 1975. All the international artists and bands were popular in Lebanon, and only a few copies survived the last thirty years in very good condition, including limited editions of multi-colored 7" singles and unique white label samples for radio and club DJs.

This massively rare and very sought after Lebanese pressed single is so scarce, it rarely shows up in any condition due to the fact that it was banned in Lebanon since the song's lyrics portrayed Christ as a hedonist and a grass smoker !!! All copies were confiscated and destroyed by the authorities, a few copies show up every now and then, foryunately this one is in very good shape.
The record plays very well and sounds very nice throughout in spite of signs of age and playing. I recorded 2 short samples from the acyual record on offer here so you get an idea how it sounds like. No enhancements such as editing or noise reduction, what you hear is what you get.
The labels are clean, no writings, sticker marks or anything. If you look at the scans you'll notice a misspelling, holiday instead of Hallyday :)))
The original company sleeve is intact.
