Label is "Blue with microphone Bill Grauer Productions" on both sides. "Bill Grauer Productions, Inc./235 West 46th Street, New York City 36, New York" address on cover.
Record looks M-/VG++ and plays beautifully and quietly at M-/VG++. There's a small mark that "crunches" twice on Side 2. There's 4 light scuffs on Side 2 that do not affect play. No scratches. Grooved look bright, glossy and little played.
Cover is VG+, close to VG++.
Front cover has light wear and looks nice. Small dent at the bottom at the spine. Spots of heavy wear on the corners. No seam splits. Back cover has light wear and staining.
