Very limited release created by NY Ad Agency J. Walter Thompson for STP Motor Oil in 1978 for the campaign "CASH IN WITH STP"

An elaborate sweepstakes including an all expense paid trip to Lake Tahoe to see Johnny live. 

I have only seen 2 of these and that's because my dad took the pics. I do not know if it was ever put into action, there's a good chance this is just a prototype.
